1. 情境記憶法
不要單獨背片語，要想像情境：
"get up" → 想像：早上鬧鐘響了，你跳起來
"go to bed" → 想像：晚上累了，鑽進被窩
"take care of" → 想像：媽媽抱著嬰兒
2. 對比記憶法
把意思相反的片語一起背：
turn on ↔ turn off
put on ↔ take off
get on ↔ get off
arrive at ↔ leave for
3. 同主題記憶法
同主題的片語一起背：
作息：get up → wash face → brush teeth → have breakfast
情緒：be happy / sad / angry / tired
動作：look at / listen to / wait for / look for
4. 句子聯想法
把片語放進自己的生活：
"I get up at 6 a.m. on weekdays." (我自己的習慣)
"My mom takes care of my dog." (我家的事)

片語是英文的「血肉」，文法是「骨架」。沒有片語，你的英文會很「乾」。
但不要貪多！80 個片語看似不多，但每一個都要會用才是真的會。
檢查標準：
- 看到中文，能想到英文片語嗎？
- 能用這個片語造一個句子嗎？
- 句子的文法對嗎？（特別是介系詞和動詞變化）
